This course will be held in Quanzhou (July 31-August 2) & Maanshan (August 3-August 5), China, You can choose any time period to attend the class, and the teaching content at the two locations will be the same. and co-hosted by two experienced doctors in the field of small animal anesthesia, Hans Nieuwendijk and Zhou Zheng.
They will systematically explain key areas such as clinical anesthesia techniques for dogs and cats,
pain management strategies, and emergency response plans.
The course content will cover:
• Pre-anesthetic evaluation, ASA classification, and basic physiological function assessment
• Selection and use of anesthetic drugs, operation of anesthetic machines and related equipment
• Handling of common operational errors and equipment failures
• Tracheal access selection, anesthesia protocols and patient monitoring
• Developing anesthesia plans based on patients, basic anesthesia monitoring principles
• Total intravenous anesthesia and continuous infusion calculation methods
• Monitoring techniques, recovery period management, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation
